The incumbent assists in the design, implementation, integration and ongoing support of service/account provisioning integrations and the authentication and authorization tools that leverage these provisioned services. The incumbent will maintain and improve processes around: Account provisioning/deprovisioning, ERP integration, access management, and authentication for both UMBC hosted resources as well as SaaS and IaaP services.

The primary purpose of the Survivor Advocate is to serve as a confidential advocate for UMBC survivors of sexual violence, interpersonal violence, relationship violence, stalking, and other forms of sexual misconduct. This position will support students, faculty, and staff survivors and secondary survivors in the form of crisis response, advocacy, accompaniment, and referral services while also supporting campus efforts related to awareness, prevention, and response to sexual violence

The Coordinator will support the Undergraduate and Graduate Program Directors and is responsible for supporting, engaging, and empowering students along their academic path to degree completion. The candidate must be aware of and responsive to student's needs and concerns in a service-oriented work environment with professional communication and confidentiality.
